About reservation change
利用金額が変わらない場合に限り、利用日・便・乗車区間・座席を変更することが出来ます。
（お支払い方法がクレジットカードの場合のみ、利用金額が変わる場合でも上記変更が可能です。）
また、人数の変更（※）も減員のみ可能です。
取消については「予約取消について」のページをご確認ください。
※ 人数変更には取消料が発生いたします。変更時に必ずご確認ください。
Change your reservation from My Page
Click Confirm Details to display reservation details screen.
Please note that if you have made a reservation by paying at payment through convinience stores, you will not be able to change your reservation if payment has not been made.
Select changes
Select the desired change from change of boarding date / bus schedule, change of boarding section, change of number of people.
When changing multiple items, perform the change operation for each item.
(Example: If you want to change the schedule or the number of people, please change the schedule first, and then change the number of people.)
Boarding date/flight change
Please select the desired bus schedule from the boarding dates and bus schedule that can be changed.
After changing, please select your seat again.

When booking a round trip, you cannot change the outbound flight to a flight that is later than the return flight or the return flight to an earlier flight than the outbound flight.
If you wish to travel earlier, please make the changes to your outbound journey. If you wish to travel later, please make the changes to your return journey.
Seat selection
We will select a seat for each passenger.
After selecting the customer to select a seat, click on the desired seat from the seating plan to select it.
If you want to specify 2 seats, click the "Specify 2 seats" button and then select the seats for 2 seats.
Change of section
The section that can be changed is displayed, so select the section to be changed.
Change the number of people reserved (only reduction of the number of people)
Please select the passenger whose reservation will be cancelled. The number of reservations can only be changed by some passengers.
If the number of reservations is to be added, please make a new reservation for additional passengers.
A cancellation fee will be charged for changing the number of people. Please be sure to check when changing.

座席指定を行うお客様を選択後、座席表からご希望の座席をクリックして選択してください。
