The reception location varies depending on the purchase method.


Refund deadline

For the Mishima Kawaguchiko Liner, online refunds can be made up to 10 minutes before departure from the first bus bus stop.

For the Yokohama/ Gotemba Premium Outlets Line, refunds can be made online until the departure time.

You can receive refunds on the internet until the departure time for the Limited Express Gotemba-Kawaguchiko Line.

*The refund deadline may vary depending on the reservation content, such as Early Bird Discount Plan. Please check the details of your reservation for more information.

Refunds are possible up to 10 minutes before the departure time stated on the ticket.


How to calculate the refund amount

If you wish to cancel your entire round-trip reservation

Refund amount = round trip fare (※1)- cancellation fee payment through convinience stores fee (※2)- convenience store cancellation fee (※2)

*1: If a round trip discount is applied, the discounted price will be applied.
*2: Only when payment through convinience stores is selected

If only one way of a round round-trip reservation is cancelled

Refund amount = round trip fare (※1)- one-way fare - cancellation fee payment through convinience stores fee (※2)- convenience store cancellation fee (※2)

*1: This is the fare before any discounts are applied. Even if a round-trip discount was applied, the cancellation will result in a one-way reservation, and so the discount will not be applied.
*2: Only when payment through convinience stores is selected

When canceling a one-way reservation

Refund amount = One-way fare (※1)- Cancellation fee payment through convinience stores fee (※2)- Convenience store cancellation fee (※2)

*1: When a discount is applied, the fare will be the fare after the discount is applied.

Credit card payment / ID payment

After canceling the reservation at SEKITORI, it will be refunded from the credit card company / ID settlement company.
Regarding the timing of refund, depending on the credit card company / ID settlement company you are using and the time of use, refunds may be made from the following month onwards. Please check with your credit card company / ID payment company for details.

payment through convinience stores

Refunds for payment through convinience stores should be made through the "Refund Service (CASHPOST)".
Refunds cannot be made at the counter or over the phone.

*When cancelling a reservation, a cancellation fee and a separate payment through convinience stores cancellation fee of 500 yen will be charged.
In any case, such as suspension of service, customers will be responsible for payment through convinience stores fee of 500 yen and the convenience store cancellation fee for refunds of 500 yen.

After canceling your reservation, you will receive a refund procedure email from the refund service (CASHPOST).
