Regarding reservation changes
Regarding changes to your reservation,
Please perform this procedure yourself from the reservation confirmation page.
(You can complete the procedure up to 10 minutes before the departure time of the the first bus bus stop.)
Regarding cancellations
Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after 10 minutes prior to the departure time the first bus bus stop.
Please note that a cancellation fee (100 yen per booking) will be charged if you cancel your booking.
*If the cancellation occurs after payment through convinience stores,
In the event of service suspension or any other circumstances, payment through convinience stores fee of 500 yen will be charged.
Please note that a 500 yen cancellation fee for refunds processed at convenience stores will be charged to the customer.
